After compiling and analysing our research, the idea for EdUP starts to take shape, with one big question: how can we truly help teachers?

We know educators were facing mounting pressures - juggling countless priorities with little time to focus on what matters most. We also saw a troubling trend: tools that promised to save time often added more complexity, offering generic lesson plans and AI-generated content that still required significant effort to adapt and personalise.

We want to create something different: an augmented planning experience that enhances teachers’ expertise while giving them full control. The goal? Build a tool that will support creativity and professionalism, not diminish it.

From here, EdUP really began to take shape as a platform, and we couldn’t be more proud to see how it’s evolved since.
